10G 980nm VCSEL

Inneos’ high-speed 980nm 10 Gbps VCSEL supports optical links for high performance transceiver applications. The commericial VCSEL features an operating temperature range of 0°C to +85°C that enables high-speed optical links in a very wide range of applications. Inneos 980nm 10 Gbps VCSELs have been qualified to the highest standards and offer high reliability and long component lifetimes. Contact Inneos for solutions for wide temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) VCSELs not supported by a standard commercial VCSEL, including industrial, aerospace and automotive applications.

2.5G 995nm VCSEL

Inneos’ 995nm 2.5 Gbps VCSEL was designed for ultra-wide temperature operation from -55°C to +125°C to meet the needs of automotive, industrial and aerospace applications. The device allows for both wirebond and flip chip assemblies to support a variety of packaging options. The 995nm VCSEL is manufactured to AS9100 standards and maintains superior performance in the harshest environments.
